Acupuncture and Chinese herbs can help patients with COVID with symptoms, promote recovery. When is the right time to schedule patients with COVID? This article will tell how to decide the timing for scheduling patients with COVID.
The key for this question is when they are not contagious.
A research from National Centre for Infectious Diseases (NCID) and Physician Branch of Infectious Disease of Singapore shows that Coronavirus patients are not infectious after eleven days of illness.
Published by WHO on May 27,2020 as part of a more comprehensive clinical care guidance, standard for patients to be released from isolation (i.e. stop transmission-based preventive measures) without retesting,
         patients with symptoms: 10 days plus at least 3 day without symptoms;
         patients without symptoms: 10 days after testing positive for  SARS-CoV-2.
So it is easy for acupuncture physicians to judge when they can see patients with COVID in clinics.
